Description

The data including raw data and processed data for soil microbial community composition, microbial biomass, microbial biomass carbon, soil total carbon, bacterial growth rate, and environmental factors in five cropping systems, four different soil depths and three sampling time over two growing seasons. Excel file (Soil microbial community biomass and soil quality data MS3_SL) contains raw data of phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) peak area percentage, environmental data, estimated biomass of soil microbial organism groups, ratio of microbial groups biomass, bacterial growth rate, microbial biomass carbon and soil total carbon concentration.
