dataset consisting of thermal images of 600 Cobb Avian 48 birds, including both males and females of varying ages. The research was conducted at the research farm of the Department of Poultry Production, Faculty of Agriculture, Kafrelsheikh University, Egypt. The dataset comprises distinct views captured at different times, such as frontal, flat, side, single, and group perspectives. Data collection employed a UNI-T UTi165A thermal imaging camera with the following specifications: a temperature range of -10 °C to 400 °C, a measurement resolution of 0.1°C, an accuracy of ±2.0 °C or ±2%, and an IR resolution of 19,200 pixels (160 × 120).
