This data set accompanies the paper 'Quantifying work function differences using low-energy electron microscopy: the case of mixed-terminated strontium titanate' by providing experimental and simulation data. It comprises of SIMION simulation results and setup files to reproduce them, low-energy electron microscopy data of mixed-terminated strontium titanate and python scripts that were used for data analysis.
Files
Steps to reproduce
Run SIMION simulations to obtain electron trajectories, use python programs to simulate the image contrast from those. Compare to the experimental LEEM data.
