Steps to reproduce
Mix water or methanol with formaldehyde at a given volumetric ratio in a sealed, glass container. Stir on a magnetic stirrer for 5min (moderate intensity). Sonicate for 30s to remove air residues. Raman: 731s, exposure - 5 s. Use quartz vials.
