Description

Supported raw data for Figure 1 shows Screening of different bacterial isolates for insecticidal potential against second instar S. litura larvae at 1.8×109 cfu/ml (approx). Here data is represented in replicates (5 replicates per bacterial treatment). One way anova is used to analyse the data. Table 2. Supporting raw data for Figure 2 showing Mean cumulative mortality (A) Treatment with different concentrations (C1 ꞊ 2 × 104cfu/ml, C2 ꞊ 1.4 × 106cfu/ml, C3 ꞊ 3.2 × 106cfu/ml, C4 ꞊ 3.6 × 108cfu/ml and C5 ꞊ 4.2 × 109cfu/ml) of Shewanella sp. (SS4) and (B) Treatment with different concentrations (C1 ꞊ 1.2 × 104cfu/ml, C2 ꞊ 1.9 × 104cfu/ml, C3 ꞊ 2.6 × 106cfu/ml, C4 ꞊ 3.4 × 107cfu/ml and C5 ꞊ 3.1 × 109cfu/ml) of Thauera sp. (M9). Table 3. Supporting raw data for Figure 5 showing Genotoxic effects of Shewanella sp. (SS4) and Thauera sp. (M9) showing variations in DNA damage parameters viz. Tail length (µm), Tail DNA (%), Tail Moment (TM) and Olive Tail Moment (OTM) of hemocytes of treated and control S. litura larvae. here, (0 = Control, 1 = SS4 and 2 = M9). Here data has 3 replicates per concentration. Table 4. Supporting raw data for Table 1 showing Effect of different concentrations of Shewanella sp. (SS4) and Thauera sp. (M9) on larval mortality of S. litura (5 replicates per bacterial concentration). One way anova is used to analyse the data. Table 5. Supporting raw data for Table2 show (A) Effect of different concentrations of Shewanella sp. (SS4) and (B) Thauera sp. (M9) on development and adult emergence of S. litura. (5 replicates per bacterial concentration). One way anova is used to analyse the data. Table 6. Supporting raw data for Table 3 showing (A) Effect of different concentrations of Shewanella sp. (SS4) and (B) Thauera sp. (M9) on nutritional parameters of S. litura. (5 replicates per bacterial concentration). One way anova is used to analyse the data. Table 7. Supporting raw data for Table 4 showing effect of Shewanella sp. (SS4) and (B) Thauera sp. (M9) on biochemical parameters of S. litura (3 replicates per treatment). One way anova is used to analyse the data.
