Steps to reproduce

All numerical values underlying the figures in this study are provided as Excel spreadsheets. Each dataset shows results from either three independent experimental replicates (R-1, R-2, R-3) or sometimes two independent replicates for each treatment group. Raw replicate values are reported without exclusion. For each experimental condition, replicate measurements were used to calculate summary statistics (mean and variability) that were plotted in the corresponding figures. Each worksheet corresponds to a specific figure or supplementary figure, with individual panels (e.g., Figure-2A, Figure-2B, Figure-2C) clearly labelled within the sheet. Experimental group names match exactly those reported in the manuscript, and the equations are followed as described in the manuscript for each experiment. Figures in the manuscript can be reproduced directly by calculating the mean ± standard deviation from the provided replicate values. Statistical analyses were performed using standard statistical software as described in the Methods section of the manuscript.
