Description

In the middle of the XIX century in the Kokand Khanate, due to the economic need in the field of crafts, the process of specialization accelerated and there was a development in the field of crafts. There was no production or textile factory in the country. However, it is reported that textiles made by artisans on hand-made machines were exported to other provinces and countries of the East. It is noted that more than 30 types of products produced during this period were sold in the main markets of the khanate, where they were in high demand.
