Description

Buoy monitoring technology is one of the most widely used marine ecological environment monitoring techniques globally, capable of long-term, continuous, and real-time monitoring of targets. Examples include pollution monitoring buoys near offshore oil platforms, acceleration monitoring buoys for the rise and fall movements of deep-sea aquaculture cages, and radiation monitoring buoys for nuclear power plants at sea. The buoy monitoring stations can be flexibly positioned, with a wide range of observation areas (nearshore and offshore) ). Prior to 2014, the limited number of buoy-related joint patent applications did not allow for reliable statistical inferences. Therefore, this paper selects joint patent applications for buoys from 2013 to 2023 as the primary subjects for network construction. The patent data used in this paper are sourced from the Patent Search and Analysis System of the National Intellectual Property Administration of China (http://pss-system.cnipa.gov.cn/).
