The source data supporting the findings of this study are provided with the manuscript. These data include the raw numerical values underlying all main and supplementary figures, covering methane production, volatile fatty acid transformation, foaming characteristics, ROS quantification, electron-transfer parameters, and related physicochemical and microbiological measurements obtained during anaerobic digestion of lipid-rich food waste under control and nanobubble-amended conditions. Biological replicates and processed data used for statistical analyses are also included in the Source Data file.
