Description

This dataset comes from a survey in Indonesia’s coal mining industry. Out of 493 respondents, 349 met the screening criteria. Participants work in Operations/Production, Engineering, and Plant departments. It includes demographics such as employee age and job position. Years of experience and education level are also considered. Team size and work area (office, field, or both) are included. To support this research : "The impact of coworker support toward Team Cohesion and Transactive Memory System Collaboration: Moderating roles of Intergenerational Affect in Mining Industry"

Steps to reproduce

The data was gathered through an online survey using convenience sampling, with validated scales for each variable. The analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM in SmartPLS 3.29, with bootstrapping for hypothesis testing. To reproduce the research, others can follow the outlined workflow, use the provided questionnaire, and apply the same statistical methods and software. This ensures transparency and replicability of the study.
