Spreadsheets and R code used for data analysis and figure creation in the BMC Biology paper "Diet of Mesozoic toothed birds (Longipterygidae) inferred from quantitative analysis of extant avian diet proxies" (doi 10.1186/s12915-022-01294-3). Outputs from all finite element models are provided as well. A README text file is included to explain the file types included and best practices for running them to recreate our outputs.
