30 cases of frontal sinusitis were studied satisfying the case definition. Inclusion, and exclusion criteria were laid down. Minimum 30 cases satisfying the case definition, inclusion and exclusion criteria will be studied. Help will take from various resources such as homoeopathic physicians, senior consultant, physician from allied science, research journals will be studied altogether. The time duration will be 1 year. Follow up will differ from patient to patient. Effectiveness of homoeopathic software to study the cases. After assessment of all the cases according to Homoeopathic principle done the totality and select the final remedy. Observation according to the age group, sex, predisposing factors and efficacy of Homoeopathic medicines analysed in all cases. Homoeopathic medicines kalis are more indicated for inflmmation of sinuses Kali bichrom is specific for frontal sinusitis. In chronic frontal sinusitis kali iodatum is being more prominent, Pulsatilla is indicated more commonly in relieving the acute frontal sinusitis. Homeopathic medicines are often effective in treating the acute symptoms of sinusitis, although professional constitutional care is usually necessary to cure chronic sinusitis.
