- Type 3 supracondylar humerus fractures (SCHF) are the common fractures treated with surgery - Surgical fixation techniques, number of used K-wires (KW), and KW configurations are controversial - Similar results were obtained in different KW configurations - This present study emphasized, using excess pins in surgical treatment does not increase stability.
