This dataset contains experimental data associated with the fatigue behavior of laser powder bed fused (L-PBF) AlSi10Mg and 17-4 PH stainless steel parts with different geometries and thicknesses/sizes. The dataset includes raw fatigue test data, X-ray computed tomography (XCT) data for volumetric defect characterization, and fracture-surface images from failed specimens. The data cover wall, small block, and large block geometries with three different thicknesses/sizes for each geometry. The dataset is provided to facilitate further analysis of geometry and size effects on fatigue behavior, defect characterization, data validation, and the development of predictive models for L-PBF materials.
