Description

The CITEseq datasets, containing RNA and ADT read counts and metadata (.csv), which were generated through a collaboration between Melanoma Institute Australia, University of Sydney and Garvan Institute of Medical Research. The datasets were comprised of tumours from metastatic melanoma patients with innate resistance, acquired resistance, and response to immunotherapy. Single cell suspension was prepared using 10x Chromium Next GEM Single Cell 3' reagent kits. Cells from two samples were pooled into single libraries. Sequencing libraries were performed using Illumina NextSeq 500 machine, and were demultiplexed using the sample-barcode assignments (.tsv).
