We aimed to assess and compare the Total Sugar Content, pH, solubility, and Titratable Acidity of long-term and short-term Orally Dispersible Tablets (ODT) and different drug classes. Measurement of pH was done using digital pH meter. The titratable acidity was measured by titrating the samples with known amount of 0.1N sodium hydroxide and phenolphthalein indicator. Total sugars was estimated by phenol sulphuric acid method. Solubility was assessed by filtration method.
