Steps to reproduce

About 10 mL of the stained sediment samples using Rose bengal was washed through a 500 µm sieve and then a 63 µm sieve. The 63 µm sieve size were used for benthic foraminiferal collection. At least 300 individuals were collected using brush under dissecting microscope and mounted in micropaleontological slide. Each points and locations of the samples were labelled accordingly.
