Findings associated with these data are reported in the manuscript in press, The Self-Efficacy for Regular Meditation Practice Scale (SERMS): Development and Psychometric Validation in the Journal of Health Psychology. meditation_self_efficacy_EFA.csv contains the item data used in the exploratory factor analysis. meditation_self_efficacy_CFA.csv contains the data used in the confirmatory factor analysis.
