Description

The main objective of these experiments was to identify the proteins that are part of the interactome of the CaVβ3 subunit of voltage-gated Ca2+ channels and that may be favoring their nuclear localization. This data set contains the mass spectrometry results obtained from GFP-Trap (Chromotek) immunoprecipitation assays of CaVβ3-GFP and GFP used as control. All the *.csv files containing the peptide sequences identified by mass spectrometry . For these experiments, we used a Synapt G2-Si mass spectrometer (Waters) in Ultra Definition Multiplexed-MS/MS (UDMSE) mode and compared using ProteinLynx Global SERVER v3.0.3 (Waters, Milford, MA) *.fasta against a database (downloaded from UniProt, 73099 protein sequences, last modified 27th June 2018.
