FTIR ATR spectra of diabetic and control samples of homogenated heart and liver organs. These data were used in publication "Changes in phospholipids-lipids balance in heart and liver caused by diabetes. ATR-FTIR study analyzed by machine learning and correlated with metabolic profiling of lipids". These spectra are already preprocessed. The file contains the spectra used for the figures and is named as such (Fig 1a, 1b). Machine learning was performed on the data showed in the Fig "2a" and "2b".
