These files contain the phonon dynamics parameter data for GaN, AlN, Si, and Diamond used to support the study "Multispeed Lattice Boltzmann Method with Ab Initio Scattering Rates for Phonon Non-Equilibrium Thermal Analysis in GaN Heterostructures." The data includes ShengBTE calculation results, sampled data based on the phonon frequency discretization scheme, and relevant MATLAB code.
