In this paper, the question of the formation of a knowledge management system in a logistics company is investigated. Knowledge management allows companies to achieve their strategic goals, such as: increasing competitiveness and performance, increasing market share, increasing revenue and profitability. To enable the organization to achieve its objectives in the current market conditions. To do this, the company should create a management system in which knowledge becomes the main resource. Recommendations have been developed for the implementation of a knowledge management system for the company in question, and the result is that after the introduction of the system into the existing business model, according to the forecast, the productivity of employees will increase. Thus, the proposed knowledge management system through the formation and accumulation of competencies will lead to an increase in the efficiency of the company.
