Description
This data set corresponds to the normalized values of secondary data collected in the World Bank database referring to the sub-indicators of the Worldwide Governance Indicators (WGI) for a set of 20 countries in the year 2021; and the values obtained by applying Ordered Weighted Averaging (OWA).

Steps to reproduce
Data were collected from 20 countries (Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, Russian Federation, Spain, Switzerland, Turkiye, United Kingdom, United States) Referring to the sub-indicators Control of Corruption, Government Effectiveness, Political Stability and Absence of Violence/Terrorism, Regulatory Quality, Rule of Law, Voice and Accountability, from Worldwide Governance Indicators (WGI), and GDP per capita in the World Bank database. The standardization of the data, the construction of the indicators by the OWA method and the quality measurements of the composite indicators were carried out using the S-CI-OWA software.
