SummerBlack-HSI
Description
SummerBlack-HSI is a berry-level Vis-NIR hyperspectral dataset for grape quality assessment. It contains 2,100 Summer Black grape berry samples with spectra covering 424.52–992.35 nm and four reference quality attributes: soluble solids content (SSC), pH, fruit firmness, and color difference. The dataset provides hyperspectral image data in compressed NPZ format, together with ROI-averaged reflectance spectra and corresponding reference measurements in XLSX format. The NPZ files contain the source hyperspectral data used to derive the spectra reported in the XLSX files. The dataset can support spectral preprocessing, wavelength selection, regression modeling, and analysis of relationships between Vis-NIR reflectance and grape quality attributes.
