A limited level of institutionalisation of diversity philosophy and policy in Spanish universitiers was hypothesized. Steps to reproduce
167 institutional documents were identified and downloaded from 81 university websites. Content analysis was conducted through a deductive coding procedure consisting of assigning five indicators of diversity philosophy and policy to segments of text by using a checklist.
