Dataset: A systematic review of clinical practice guidelines for acute stroke rehabilitation in WHO-African countries.
Description
This dataset accompanies a systematic review of clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) for acute stroke rehabilitation in the WHO African Region and includes CPGs from three countries (Cameroon, South Africa, and Cabo Verde). It contains domain-level quality ratings of each guideline using the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation II (AGREE II) instrument, scored independently by two raters and finalized by consensus, along with Intraclass Correlation Coefficients (ICCs) quantifying interrater reliability for each domain and the overall assessment. In addition, the dataset provides a structured comparison of key recommendations from the three national CPGs against the World Stroke Organization (WSO) stroke rehabilitation guidelines and action plan, highlighting areas of convergence and gaps in content and scope.
