This data-set contains uncropped western blot images for Han et al. 2021 Figure 2G: Western blots of co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) of Ascl1 with Flag-Neurog2 IP with or without DNase I treatment in vitro (X-ray film). Figure 7B: Western blots of Notch intracellular domain (NICD) levels for FACS sorted E12.5 CD15+ pro-, Neurog2+, Ascl1+ and double+ cortical NPCs (X-ray film). Figure 7C: Western blots of NICD levels in P0 control and split-Cre;Rosa-DTA cortices (Bio-rad gel doc with GelCapture MicroChemi 2.2.0.0 software).
