Strip tillage combines the characteristics of conventional tillage and no-tillage in terms of soil macropore structures and hydrothermal conditions

Description

How to balance black soil utilization and conservation was key to its sustainable management in Northeast China . Our findings provided valuable insights, suggesting that strip tillage integrated the advantages of both conventional tillage (CT) and no-tillage (NT) in terms of soil macropore structures and hydrothermal conditions, and could serve as an effective alternative to CT and NT.
