Steps to reproduce

In order to obtain this data we recorded basal values of the subjects in a calm control environment with the use of a heart rate band around the torax following breathing exercises the data was recorded on the cellphone, for the muscle activation we put Delsys mini on the masseter muscle following the guidelines of ferrairo et al, and subjects placed cotton rolls on their mouth and were asked to bite as strong as they could this in order to obtain the maximum voluntary contraction. Before competition subjects were given the STAI-Y1 form to measure anxiety levels, while playing we recorded heart rate with the band and the muscle activation with the delsys mini. For post processing the heart rate was exported and processed on the HRV app, which gave the stress index, for the muscle activation we normalized to the MVC and search events with thresholds above 20% of the MVC for each subject.
