Dataset_1 Data from functional imaging in the VPM using type II eFOV-microendoscopes before and after the removal of the corrective microlens in awake head-restrained mice. - dataset1_description.csv: description of the t-series containing the mouse ID, the type of lens used and the imaging parameters. - TS####.mat: mat-file containing a structure with imaging data - data.A is a num_pixels*num_ROIs array containing the spatial footprints of the ROIs. Each column corresponds to a single ROI and contains positive values for pixels belonging to the corresponding ROI. - data.F_raw is a num_ROIs*num_frames array containing the raw fluorescence activity of the ROIs. Each row corresponds to a single ROI. - data.C_d is a num_ROIs*num_frames array containing the normalized DF_F activity of the ROIs. Each row corresponds to a single ROI. The Zemax data related to the GRIN rods are provided by GRINTECH and are based on refractive index profiles of standard GRINTECH’s 0.25 pitch rod lenses, which are optimized for optimum on-axis spherical aberration.
