Description

Uploaded data include gene expression data for NE and NSCLC cell lines (FPKM), and corresponding processed ATAC sequencing data (peak counts). Analyzed cell lines: five NSCLC: NCI-H2228 (ATCC, Manassas, VA), LC-2/ad (Sigma Aldrich, St. Louis, MO), U-1752, A549, NCI-H23 and three SCLC (U-1906, U-2020, NCI-H345).
