This dataset contains 100 responses from English for Academic Purposes (EAP) practitioners in Saudi Arabia, examining the impact of technology-integrated professional development (PD) on digital andragogical competencies and instructional efficacy. The dataset includes demographic details (age, gender, teaching experience, institution type, and region), ICT tool usage patterns, and barriers to technology integration. It also records PD participation, training format, PD satisfaction, and hours completed. Key outcome variables include Self-Efficacy Pre and Post scores, Self-Efficacy Change, and Teaching Efficacy Improvement.
