Description

Research data uploaded here provide the clean data for the consumer evaluation of six collard/sukuma wiki (Brassica oleracea) genotypes in Upstate New York and Western Kenya. Flash Profiling and consumer acceptance testing were conducted in both regions. These data have been cleaned and formatted from raw datasets; they are ready for downstream analysis.
