Description

This dataset contains fq data of RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) results from an experiment investigating the effects of CREPT knockdown in H441 lung adenocarcinoma cells. The study compares two conditions: siNC: H441 cells transfected with scrambled siRNA. siCREPT-1: H441 cells transfected with siRNA targeting CREPT.
