A Multimodal Clinical-Psychosocial and Audio Dataset of Psychiatric Patients

Description

The dataset includes sociodemographic characteristics, clinical profile, illness and hospitalization history, substance use, sleep and appetite-related factors, physical activity, psychosocial stressors, social support, functioning, self-rated health, life satisfaction, medication indicators, audio-linked fields, and clinician-observed speech and behavior features collected from 196 patients at Pabna Mental Hospital, Bangladesh. Depression and anxiety symptom information is represented through item-level Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) responses, with derived total scores and severity categories based on standard scoring procedures.
