Description

T Cell Receptor alpha and beta sequencing of human peripheral blood and tonsil samples from 7 donors. From donors 5, 6 and 7 replicates are available from some of the subsets (vial1 and vial2). Data from sorted subsets of CD4+CD45RA- T cells from both tissues are collected: from blood (cTfh CXCR3+, cTfh CXCR3-, cNon-Tfh) and from tonsil (tTfh GC, tTfh CXCR3+, tTfh CXCR3-,tNon-Tfh). Sequencing of the CDR3 region was made from total RNA from which UMI-labeled 5'-RACE TCR alpha and beta cDNA libraries were generated. Libraries were prepared in parallel using the same number of PCR cycles and sequenced in parallel using a 150+150 bp NextSeq (Illumina).
