Description

In this study, our objective was to delve deeper into the understanding of metacognition during the phase of Amnestic Mild Cognitive Impairment (aMCI) by utilizing online measures. Specifically, we evaluated both aMCI participants and healthy older adults based on their feelings of confidence and their decisions to either volunteer or withhold responses from their final score. Alongside these online measures, we also employed offline metacognitive measures to gauge participants' beliefs regarding their efficacy in handling everyday life situations and the use of cognitive strategies.
