, Description
Colorimetry has shown highly effective results in measuring the temperature of methylcellulose hydrogel and demonstrated the potential to detect both gelation and degelation processes. This capability could be extended to identifying gelation in a wide range of gels. The dataset includes both the images analyzed in the study and full images of the methylcellulose, for further insights. Additionally, the MATLAB code used for the analysis in the paper is included in this dataset.
