Description

These are the observations of iodine oxide that were reported from the Indian Antarctic stations and are a part of the publication Observations of iodine monoxide over three summers at the Indian Antarctic bases, Bharati and Maitri in Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics. (Mahajan, A. S., Biswas, M. S., Beirle, S., Wagner, T., Schönhardt, A., Benavent, N., and Saiz-Lopez, A.: Observations of iodine monoxide over three summers at the Indian Antarctic bases, Bharati and Maitri, Atmos. Chem. Phys. Discuss. [preprint], https://doi.org/10.5194/acp-2020-998, in review, 2020.) The data include the retrieved IO and O4 differential slant column densities (DSCDs) and the output from the MAPA profile inversion. The mat files are the inputs (column headers provided in individual files) used for the profile inversion while the outputs from the profile inversion are as HDF files in the respective folders. The matlab codes for plotting the output are also given - MAPA and QDOAS codes are available online for free
