Steps to reproduce
Unzip the zip file. Run the \data_analysis_scripts\Paper1Analysis.m file in Matlab 2023b The output figures seen in the paper will be put into the PaperFigures folder. The raw data lives in the data\touchstone folder. The conditions used to create these datasets are described by the spreadsheets in the data\metadata folder The touchstone files labeled 1_MUT.s2p, 2_MUT.s2p, ..., 19_MUT.s2p were created in simulation. 1_MUT_Thick,s2p, 2_Reflect_Thick.s2p, 3_FreeSpace_Thick.s2p, 14_FreeSpace.s2p, and 15_Reflect.s2p were also created in simulation. The metadata sheets for these files are "SensitivityStudy.csv" and "SensitivityStudy_Thick.csv". All of the other touchstone file were created with a VNA and lab measurements. Again, the metadata sheet associated with the files describes the measurement conditions used to replicate the results.
