Steps to reproduce

All the steps and instructions to reproduce the results of the paper are indicated in the pdf file named "Readme file". The do files have been created using Stata 18. If you experience any issue opening the files with older versions of Stata, download the file as a .txt file and then copy and paste the content of the code on a new do file.
