The raw gut bacterial sequencing data obtained from 4 groups of hamsters:1. non-infected hamsters and fed with standard chow (NC), 2. O. viverrini-infected hamster and fed with standard chow (OV), 3. non-infected hamsters fed with HFa/HFr diets (HF), and 4.O. viverrini-infected hamsters fed with HFa/HFr diets (OH) for 8 months.
