Description

Spatial Transcriptomics data for study titled "Claustrum/dorsal Endopiriform cortex complex cell identity is determined 1 by Nurr1 and regulates hallucinogenic-like states".

Files

Steps to reproduce

Description for individual zip file is as below: 1) spaceranger_counts.zip contains the raw count matrices for the spatial transcriptomics used in this study. 2) hires_images.zip contains the haemotoxylin and eosin stained tissue images of high resolution. These were used to select CLA spots in Loupe Browser. 3) Nurr1_Project_LabInfo.xlsx is the metadata file containing the samples information and related quality statistics for the same. 4) json_files_original.zip contains the json-to-csv converted Loupe Browser spotfiles. These are the resultant spotfiles from the CLA spots selection. 5) claustrum_spot_ids.rds is the spotfile containing the selected CLA region mentioned in the study. 6) data.final.clusters.nurr1_updated.rds is the final analysed seurat object containing the final clusters from the dataset. 7) subset_claustrum.rds is the final analysed seurat object for ONLY the CLA selected spots. The steps to run the analysis can be found under the github repository: https://github.com/giacomellolab/CLA-Nurr1
