Survey data of Gen Z customer behaviour using food delivery applications in Vietnam

This study presents the results of data collection from surveys in Vietnam market on Gen Z customer behaviour using food delivery application. Data were collected through questionnaire completed by Gen Z customers using food delivery application services. In total, we received 361 valid responses from two biggest cities in Vietnam, namely, Hanoi and Hochiminh city. All data was analysed by SPSS 22 and Amos 23 softwares, the results of descriptive analysis, Cronbach’s Apha test, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) demonstrate that the data ensures reliability, convergent, and discriminant validity, which can serve as a good reference for future studies.
