We performed 16S rRNA sequencing on blood samples from 104 patients who received either immune-combined chemotherapy or chemotherapy alone, both before and after treatment. Additionally, quantitative PCR (qPCR) was conducted on pre-treatment samples from 30 patients receiving immune-combined chemotherapy. Clinical data of the patients and the Lactobacillus gene copy number in their blood samples have been uploaded. Furthermore, 16S rRNA sequencing was carried out on blood samples from 20 mice, with the data from the control and experimental groups collected before, during, and after gavage also uploaded.
