Data from a cross-sectional study carried out in 404 sows from 21 herds. The aim of this study was assess the effect of biosecurity practices on Influenza A virus (IAV) seroprevalence. The spreadsheet contains results of an ELISA to detect antibodies against influenza and hemagglutination inhibition assay (HI) only in ELISA positive samples (H1N1pdm09, H1N2 and H3N2), and data on exposure to IAV and two covariates ("N_sows" and "Parity_order").
