Description

Fucoidan is proved to have a lipd-lowering effects, we hypothesized that dietary fucoidan. Firstly, we obtained the transcriptome of the fish by next generation sequencing (NGS) and de novo assbemby. We annotated the unigene of the transcriptome and analyzed differentially expressed genes (DEG) in liver of fish fed without/with fucoidan supplementation. Secondly, we identified the metabolite of metabolome by LC/MS analysis and analyzed differentially expressed metabolites (DEM) in liver of fish fed without/with fucoidan supplementation. Combined transcriptomic and metabolomic analysis revealed that several important DEG, DEM and co-enriched KEGG pathway were identified to be potentially involved in reducing hepatic lipid accumulation of fish. File S1: Annotation of Unigenes in different databases; File S2: DEG in liver of fish fed without/with fucoidan supplementation; File S3: KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of DEG ; File S4: Identification of metabolites; File S5: DEM in liver of fish fed without/with fucoidan supplementation. File S6: KEGG pathway co-enrichment analysis of DEG and DEM
