Distinct nuclear architecture of neural stem cells and other neural cell types in adult hippocampal neurogenesis

Description

Data are several variables descripting morphological features of nuclei. These nuclei are of the following cell types: - types 1 through 4 of murine adult hippocampal neurogenesis; - types 1 of murine adult hippocampal neurogenesis, with 4 activity stages, i.e. marked with GFAP, GFAP/nestin, nestin, and nestin/Ki67. - types 1 of murine adult hippocampal neurogenesis, anatomical variants alpha and beta. - cerebellum cells (CER, control), along with pilocytic astrocytoma (PA) and medulloblastoma (MB) cells. Each file contains all analyzed data (“data_ALL”), data without outliers (“data2_noOutliers”, not determined for “CancerCells”) and statistical “summary”.
