Description
After collection of leaf, extraction was carried out, and the extracts were analyzed by spectrophotometric methods for phytochemical, antioxidant and anticholinesterase effects. Next, 7 compounds were selected from previous studies of the extracts that were used for chemoinformatic studies using PubChem server, RCSB Protein Data bank, BIOVIA Discovery Studio 21, Swiss PDB Viewer 4.1.0, CB-Dock2 server, Swiss ADME server, Pro Tox 3.0 server and PASS online server
