Description

This dataset informs on the regulation of gene expression by DNA methylation which is useful in finding genetic loci regulated by DNA methylation, and that may assist in the development of DNA methylation-based in vitro assay for the identification of carcinogens.

Steps to reproduce

The raw FASTQ files used as input for this work are found in the Gene Expression Omnibus under Series Accession GSE218911. The code used to process the data is contained within the 'code' folder of this dataset. Details of the methodology used to obtain the data are available in the publication.
